Post NO AOLs.Problems?
Hi everybody!
I have just finished the first two targets of DVD1. On the first page of the two targets, there are not any AOLs coming up because my mind is busy browsing thru the word list and write them down. Not an AOL shows up. Is this a problem? Do i have to try to have AOLs  ?
Thank you!

Of course you do not TRY to have AOL, but if you do a session with no AOLs it is a pretty good indication that you are off in imagination land. Either that or you do not understand the difference between data and AOL (which is OK for a beginner)... if you aren't sure, get rid of it as AOL.

Having no AOL's is very good and very difficult. If you form a mental picture of what you are Remote Viewing it is AOL and it is almost always wrong.

Move quickly, collect data and try not to think of what the end result will be.

bondified, welcome to the forum! Not having AOLs is usually a symptom of not recognizing the AOL for what it is. You'll figure it out as you practice, no worries. As you compare your session work to the feedback, you will see where your analytical mind led you astray. Then you'll begin to recognize and declare the AOLs when they happen. Just keep following the DVD, and practice, practice, practice!

Post AOL's
Friends: I am new at this RV. and I find it amazing.

I did not watch all of he DVD the first day i recieved it.

I took it in short intervals at a time. I watched it in sections.
going back to review... The forms is what got me.

I really needed to familarize myself with the forms.
If I am not sure that it's an AOL or not I usually make it one and add it to the list.
