Post Going out of structure
Hello,

Could someone who knows explain what "going out of structure" on S2 means?

Thank you.

"Going Out of Structure" in you S2s is basically not following the protocol, guidelines, set up in the training. Skipping around from one descriptor catagory to another and back can also be considered '"going out of structure." You are training you brain to automatically move from Texture to Color to Smells, etc, for a reason. NOT declaring your AOLs during S2 is out of structure as well. If something pops into your head while writing you descriptor words, other than a descriptor, it's best to write it down over on the side, label it "AOL," drop your pen for a moment (nope, it's not what you think it is), pick it up and move on. Again, as stated in the training DVDs, too long a pause can lead to creative imagination kicking in. Keep moving and you shouldn't have any trouble.

Stay in structure, follow the protocol, and you'll have more "Hits" than "Misses."

Much success.
