Post AI-
I assume the answer is yes, but in the DVD's, Ed says something like write down just one word for your AI in S2. So for the past few years I have been writing only one AI at the end of S2. However, yesterday, I had two feelings: Happy, and familiar. So I 'thought' I had I better write both down. Is Multiple feelings in Stage 2 alright?

I think the point is to DISCHARGE that feeling. If you were to write down more than one word, you're encouraging more of what you are trying to discharge.

In the last weeks I wrote down two words as well. Noticed the first is my AI and the second an EI of the site.

At times 1 out of 50 sessions I too might get 2 feels. I don't think it a big deal. It never derailed any of my sessions.
