 newbie need advice
hi just a few questions,
1. how long does it normally take untill people start viewing the targets by time I finish a session it's not the same as the target.
2. when looking for key factors(im always finding the right key points but I end up going of track) is it normal to feel a little tightness is the head(i.e brain)
thanks for your help and ed fantastic skill you are teaching

1. I do not fully understand what you are saying/asking. Please rethink/restate your concern/question.
2. Regardless, until you are able to employ proper English spelling, grammar and punctuation here in my RV cyberclassroom, your initial forum entry may very well become tantamount to your final one.
Training > Discipline > Rigor > Practice > Excellence
Don't settle for anything less. I don't deal with folks who do (see my other forum entries re. lowering oneself to the level of the masses)

i think the second question is most important
When scanning for the key points on S3 is it normal to feel a tightness inside your head.

However, there have been cases (albeit rare) where such symptoms have lead to rapid cranial content extrusion (RCCE) -- very painful and exceedingly messy. Take care to avoid this.
