Post Problem with AOLs
My mind has always worked very visually. When I read I see what I am reading like a movie playing in my mind. I am finding it very difficult to shut of the pictures. what can I do?

How do you manage to walk down the street without bumping into light poles and buildings?

The path to perfection has only two rules:
Rule 1: Begin. Rule 2: Continue.

Lessons from the Petting Zoo:
Lesson 27. Puppies that spend all day yapping never really learn to hunt.

For every visual you get... and I do mean all of them. Write them down. No matter how different each visual is from moment to moment. If you use up more space on the page filling out the visuals, then... learn to write all that information into a smaller space from the beginning of the session.

And then, underline them, as you get them, each and every one after you put it down.

Then, drop you pen, take a small breath, shake your writing hand a moment, after which pick up your pen and keep moving in the session.

That is what you do when your loaded with visuals. Flush your mind of them by writing every one down.

Don't forget the utility of an 'AOL-sketch,' when conditions dictate, i.e., AOL drive (refer to LearnRV DVDs).
