So let me get this straight. Aols are only if one thinks they know what the target is, and not just any thought that randomly comes out when they move as fast as possible.

If AOLs are for any thought that pops up, then there is no way for me to do RV then. No matter how fast I move, I can't stop thinking on multiple levels like picture, sub-vocal.

Every session has been with tons of AOLs, so supposedly I'm not RVing. I've come close to target ID a few times, so I know I am RVing at least through some sessions, but I'm assuming I won't be a good RVr if I can't break excessive AOL.

It's maybe 5 years too late, but could I get even half-refunded?

Don't give up too easily, and there's no need to play naive. You're not alone. Nobody can really do away with AOL completely, as imagination is a fundamental part of our human being. Identifying it when you can't outrun it, and discerning information from pretty paintings, that is the art to be learned here.

I'll get similar stuff. Sometimes my AOLs would be so close to the target that I would wonder if I was declaring it right when the session was over.

Nowadays I'll only declare AOLs' that "surprise" me. So if I feel that I'm looking at some kind of structure I won't necessarily do an AOL break on "structure". But, if I get a sudden flash of the KFC restaurant down the street, with smudgy windows, on open sign with one letter not lit up, and the girl with the nice lips behind the counter. *Bam* all of a sudden in S2, then I'll AOL *that* since that is impossible level of detail for S2.

RV.

Pros: Do not waste your time with this entity until it knows what it is doing.

Doom, out.

In addition to the Major's expression of displeasure that I have quoted above, I would add that I have absolutely ZERO patience for undisciplined people who inconsiderately and childishly remove all their posts from the forum, displaying a lack of respect and possibly outright disdain for all the members of this forum, past, present, and future, and who then come back for more.

You're in or you're out. I vote OUT.

sigh....
You're a funny guy there OT.

The first step on learning how to post in these forums is to post an example of your session. In fact post it here! Looking forward to it.
