Post Dropping a crutch
I didn't drop off the face of the earth. I have been working on session structure. I have noticed that while I've been working sessions that I have been thinking about structure and word descriptors the WHOLE time. Since that's wrong, and I've continually done this, I decided to take some time and do some work in this area.

I wrote out he descriptor list from memory, then, using the list, went back and completed my list with the words I left off. I did the same thing with structure. I want to continue to do this for a while, until the list is just part of my unconscious. I feel this will be a benefit for me.

I kept having to refer to the descriptor list while in session, and this was driving me coo coo. So, first things first, I need to remove this crutch. Moreover, I was constantly referring to the LearnRV booklet to refer to structure: "OK, now I do this, Now I do that". Right. Driving myself, well, coo coo.

I am looking forward to seeing if this work will be helpful to me for future sessions. I think it will, and I thought I needed to do this.

Josephine.

The LearnRV protocols should have become rote to you, by now. Get with the program.
