Every once in a while I will do a session in a location where there are lots of distractions. This session is my latest. The session was done in the sports book of one of the local Las Vegas casinos. Lots of distractions.

Something came up in this session that I am unsure of. Namely, in my S3 freehand sketch, near the bottom I sketched what appears to be a mountain archetype. I did not mark it as an aspect or an AOL.

Here is my question: Lately I have been having issues with identifying “canyons”, for example, when the TRM is a photo looking down into a canyon, like Bryce Canyon or bstuart’s Grand Canyon photo, I seem to be getting a structure in S3 freehand. So, in this session I am not sure if that idea popped into my mind and the mountain archetype was an AOL or if it was the mountains in the background of this sessions TRM. For what ever reason I did not label it. Not sure what I should have done.

In any case, your comments are welcome. Thanks again for any input.

Sounds like you may be thinking in-session.

Regarding archetypes, keep in mind that there is no such thing as a 'mountain archetype' or a 'structure archetype'. There are, however, 'peak' and 'right angle' archetypes, which in many cases do turn out to represent mountains and structures - but not always. This will become known in S4 [aspect] exploration.

In light of this, what do you think the peak archetype most likely represents? (Yes, it should have been labelled and explored. Key site aspects present themselves during the S3 freehand sketch as they as just that - key aspects - to solving the problem).

Not a bad session though, overall. Tame those ideograms as DaingMaing pointed out in another recent post.

Hope that helps.
