Even though I'm fluent in Chinese Mandarin, which was difficult for me and took many years to learn, I am always embarassed and humbled at how well many 'foreigners' speak the language of my nativity (English) so well --sometimes better than us indigenes! And, now, I find myself struggling with Russian, being engaged to a beautiful young girl from the Ukraine-Russian border.

That is why some of my RV students, like Haridas and miguelrcb, piss me off so much -- it is possible that their IQ could be higher than mine -- the continued display of which would be tantamount to a kiss of death in these forums.

So, in the (English) vernacular, here's some words to the wise: watch yourselves -- assult my ego and make me look smaller than I am, inadvertently or not -- and I will most assuredly guillotine your cyberwebsoul presence -- at least herein.

You have been warned.

Doom

P.S. - Don't get me wrong. I'm not asking you to lower yourselves to the intellectual level of the masses (God forbid!) -- just don't make me look inferior, here in my webclassroom.

So it is probably not good idea to tell you I am freelance translator and I know more languages?

Or maybe I am kidding?

Your fluent use of Chinese Mandarine is really as if you learned 10 other languages so I think not many people can compete :)

See! See! He's doing it again!

s***, who am I kidding -- I get no respect; should have stayed in the damned army...they told me that I would most certainly become a general, in relatively short order. Now, look at what my choice has cost me:

Anyway, heading to Detroit, momentarily, with a few members of my MIA team, to (hopefully) locate and recover the rapidly decomposing remains of a little girl -- one of so many.
