Post Movement cue in S3 key aspect
When in the S3 of any key aspect, do I have to write down always the movement as we do in S1 ??? or it was only for that particular session ?

And do I have to produce an ideogram in the S3 after writting down the movement ??

Thank you in advance !!

These basics are covered in the Companion Guide, as well as in the DVDs.

Thank you for replying.

In DVD 3, in the refinement chapter you ask us to write down the prompt in the S3 of the key aspects, but I can't "understand" if I have to produce the ideogram or not.

It is because of my poor english.

:(

Yes, an ideogram must be executed after any and every prompt.
