Is it possible that having drawn an [X], [A], and [B] on the S3[Site], you might also end up drawing an unsketched [C] on the S3[Site] while drawing the S3[X], S3[A], or S3[B]?

Yes, this is why it is permissible to add any last minute archetypes at the end of the analytical sketch.
