 T and IIf in S4 I get "blue sky", I am not sure where to put it. The blue and sky are all one thing, and it feels wrong to separate the two concepts.
What to do with that? Blue under S and sky under I? |

Technically, yes, except that (in your example) sky (atmosphere)/cosmic background is a T.
