Post How much time for S4?
Hello. How much time should I be spending on Stage 4? I finished DVD 1 and I am working with the sensory, dimensions, AI, and EI columns. I seem to be going too fast through sessions. :)

You can't be too fast. You can only be too slow. ;)
For earch aspect [X, A, B ...] take 10 to 15 minutes into account.

Ah Karsten you beat me to it haha :)

I beleive the DVD's stated that in s4's you are allowed to slow down a little bit as you have a bit more control over the data now compared to the Stage 2 data.

In my short experience-. It seems like you should just go with the flow if the information is coming in fast then keep going. But remember do not spend more then 3 seconds without writing something down. And do not think about what your writing.....as well remembering to stop at the 1/3 mark of the page.

So in short you're probably not going to fast, go with what your comfortable with. In this stage I will say, don't write something down for the sake of hurrying here. You should be able to perceive what is there (without thinking)

I hope if I'm wrong someone with more experience will correct me.

I just try to help. I feel S4's are my strongest area anyway.

I think you meant, "2/3."

S4 data is to fill the page 2/3 of the way down. Past the 2/3 point on an S4 page, data is less reliable, and that is why you stop.
