I am wondering if anyone has experienced this. When doing S4 I get to Tang and Intang and well I know there is something there and I also know when there is not something there. However, the words hardly come and if I sit there to long well you know then thinking kicks in. Any suggestions....

Unless I misunderstand you, if you know something is there, but nothing is coming, you are probably giving yourself too much time to think and you are probably missing the percept. Maybe just write thing and move on.

Suggestions:

First, make sure the tip of your pen is actually on the paper.

As with all other percept classes, if nothing comes to mind within three seconds, move on. Ain't no big deal, don't worry about it.

If you "know" something is there but no word comes to mind within three seconds, write u/i (short for unidentified) and move on. Ain't no big deal, don't worry about it.

Your worry interferes with the perception of the data. Nothing will fix this except more practice and adopting the "Just screw it" attitude Ed mentions in the DVDs.

Structure is everything. Content will take care of itself if you take care of the structure.
