using the word, "TARGET," in cue
Example cue: [xxxx/xxxx] John Doe's missing keys / location
Upon completion of the Site Template, is it considered, "correct protocol," to use the word, "target," in the cue, as in the following example:
from 10' west of the target SSBV
...or does the RVer always place an element (e.g. "[1]") somewhere on the Site Template and use this following cue:
from 10' west of [1] SSBV

To resume thusly is to begin a target geometry session. Is that your intent? Clarify, please.

My question was not meant to pertain only to target geometry.
Another example cue: [xxxx/xxxx] Edmonton, Alberta / tallest building
Upon completion of the Site Template, is it allowable to begin the next page with the following cue: "The most recognizable feature of target SBP"

Non sequitur (vice clarification) notwithstanding, this particular cue is fine (please employ the article 'the,' however), but only in cases such as this, where you are certain that the target is a single thing, and not made up of separate parts.
For instance, if the cause (RV target: solution/answer) of your automobile's malfunction (RV problem set/question) was due to two or more separate things, then you would be dealing with multiple targets, whilst perhaps assuming there was only a 'primary cause' -- which would lead you astray.
