In S2, Navy Blue is fine.

"fresh like the mountain air I smelled on my trip last week" will almost certainly lead you down AOL road, so declare it as such. Explore this with S5 if necessary.

Multi word descriptors or phrases can be used in S4. Write:

S4.5 - jumping for joy

then carry on.

Post Re: RVRobot Bootcamp
Every once in awhile, I miss my target and the target that I have hit ends up being another target with a different trn in my stack of envelopes with random targets. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do about this and why it might be happening? I do appreciate any help.

Likely you have too few targets in your pool and you're subconsciously trying to guess which one you've pulled. You'll do this a for a while and eventually get pissed off and quit guessing.

Post Re: RVRobot Bootcamp
Yes, that does seem like exactly what is going on. I hope you don't mind my asking all of these questions, but here's more.

I wonder how the matrix communicates to us. I did my optimum trajectory twice. The first time I got what looks like something to do with my sanctuary. It looked like a rural setting with me living with more people than I am living with now. The second optimum trajectory I did had me going away from where I was living and doing some form of a short retreat.

My question is why didn't I get the same optimal trajectory twice? I realize I may have missed my target(s). But assuming I got both targets, does that mean something changed in between the time I did my first and second optimum trajectory?

Perhaps you got the message that the matrix was trying to communicate, therefore it will not continue to beat a dead horse.

Alrighty, second post DvD1 session from the bootcamp! Hopefully my structure has improved a lil' bit.

Not sure what to make of the site template after looking at the image. But, as a few people has stressed, don't worry too much about that at this point, more about the structure of the session.

In any case, any feedback appreciated :D

Make sure to use a new page for S3 every time. This will also let you spread out the S2 descriptors. So far so good. Carry on!

OK, new day, new session. It's really hard to tell if I'm making any progress =\ not sure if I'm on the right track here, but, any feedback would be much appreciated.

My Site Template took me awhile. I didn't know where to start. I think in the end I just mentally thought "screw it" and just put them down. Any tips on site-template would be extremely helpful.

Also, I just realized I didn't put my s3's on a new piece of paper like RVRobot suggested. I'll remember to do that next session. I think my inner voice has been telling me to stop wasting so much paper, ha.

It looks like you are starting to slow down your pace a little too much. Your writing is a little too neat (slowness). You should be moving quick enough that you are misspelling words on occasion. Don't stop to correct them, just keep moving. There are numerous plateaus in remote viewing. Don't confuse that for stagnation.

You sketches look crisp. Keep it up.

Boy this session felt good! I think I took too long on my s3[A], but I tried to really speed up everything like suggested. Overall I'm really quite happy with the results, especially after viewing the target image.

I did however notice the crispness of my s3's decline a little bit due to the speed at which I was doing them, especially on the Site Template. Maybe that will improved with more practice.

Any feedback would, as always, be very appreciated :)

You don't have to speed up in S3 Analytical Sketches. It was just your S2s that were getting sluggish. In fact a rule of thumb I use is

All S1's ~1.5 seconds max
S3[Site] Freehand Sketch ~15 seconds max (that includes labels).
S3 Analytical Sketches ~ 45 seconds max for viewers under 150 sessions (90 seconds max for advanced RVers over 150 sessions)

I recommend delineating your sections better, i.e. S1[Site], S2[Site], S3[Site], S1[X], S2[X], S3[X], S4[X]. It is the prompt for your unconscious to move to the next section.

In your S2[A] I noticed you have labeled disco balls as AI instead of as AOL. Probably just an oversight, as all other instances were correctly declared as AOL.

I did notice you have chopped off the AOL/S column on your S4s. Make sure it is there next time.

Good session.

Appreciate the advice, I'll try and implement it in my session tomorrow

Not sure what Aol/s is yet, since I'm only about 4 sessions after DvD1 at the moment. Maybe after I complete DvD2?

Unfortunately, coverage of AOL/S was left out of the basic DVD course. Therefore the question keeps recurring. Look under the S4 topic in the board index, there is a thread about it answered by Ed Dames himself.

Thanks Kfa, just read his post and makes sense. However, I think I'll stay away from them for now, since Ed recommends not using them until you can distinguish between 'trash' and 'truth' AoL/s.

I seem to have taken some perfectly good percepts and turned them into garbage. Any pointers would be appreciated.

You were clearly at the site, but AOL killed it for you early in S2[x]. Make sure to pause long enough during your AOL break to allow it to dissipate completely.

You need to start working faster. Your word data should look rushed, not neat. That will go a long way toward reducing AOL.

Your session was perfect until 1/2 way through S4[x] when it appears you started thinking of a roller coaster or something and didn't declare it as AOL. Move slightly faster in S3[Site]. Your movement on [a] might be a radar installation that is not pictured but is at the site. Your movement on [b] is trash right from the start. You bought into the AOL of rainstorm.

Anyway, overall, very good effort.
