I'll omit the cue qualifier 'offensive' for the time being.

You might recall that I hit this selfsame cue, more than ten years ago, and spoke about it on C2C. The results were an anti-crop warfare agent. I did not, however, establish the specific agent/s.

CCP's actual use of such a weapon would be an act of war - or a potential attack vector in a CCP-U.S. conflict.

I'll employ RV Geofix to locate the associated R&D institute(s) and/or any current production sites.
